Soothe, Play, Repeat.

An Adult Colouring Book

Colouring is a form of creative play.

Creative play can be approached with the curiosity and wonder of a small child. It can be a space of delight, joy and inspiration.

Creative play can also be used to quite overthinking and soothe the soul. It can create a sense of calm, and light a path back to the now, as it allows the worries of the past and future to fade into the background.

This colouring book was inspired by the doodles that soothe me, and is an invitation to play for no other reason then it is fun and brings you joy.

Healing Me

EP

I have been singing since before I could talk and over the last few years I have been rediscovering this piece of me while playfully finding my way to writing, recording, and producing my first solo EP.

What is my music like? I recently had someone describe it as ethereal and catchy, which I like, so I am going to steal that.

Uplift 2023

Art Exhibition

When a good friend asks you to play you say yes!
Or at least that is what I did :P
You will be able to check out a few of my graphic art piece at Uplift 2023, as I join four other artists in adding our voices to #takingupspace2023, a Thrive Together Network initiative.

Pieces of Wonder

Art Show

As a creative, I enjoy exploring many mediums as I follow my lively and spirited curiosity.

My current series, “Volpe” has been an invitation to play with, and listen to, the movement of feeling in my body. It has also been a means of connecting with whimsy and wonder as I unshame imperfect.

Embracing the unpredictable movement of water as I build up colourful layers on natural canvas has served as a reminder; You are never too old to play, and letting go of control can be a freeing and healing experience.

This latest series will be hanging in a group art show, Pieces of Wonder, from April 10th to May 15th 2024.
