Holiday Support Group Coaching Call

I know the holiday's can be filled with emotional minefields... and the approaching New Year may feel heavy with judgements of what you "should" have done this year or "have to do" in the coming year. This is coaching call is my invitation to you to give yourself an hour for YOU. An hour to make space to witness yourself and show up with a little more ease and love. This call will be for the room only, which means it will not be recorded and there will not be a replay sent out after. Come as you are. Come in whatever makes you comfortable. Come with your sorrows, struggles, celebrations, and excitements. As always, I trust this call will be exactly what it is meant to be and everyone who choses to step into the space will leave with exactly what the need.
